Normally I'm very happy with my zaxby's orders. But this time all three salads were missing the toast, the dressing was incorrect, the cucumbers were really soggy (looked slimey), and the salads looked to be about half as full as normal. I've never really had issues with ordering from zaxby's before, so hopefully this was just a blip.

I've been holding off on this for a while but they've screwed up enough times in a row I'm just gonna have to drop a bad review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT SAUCE WITH YOUR WINGS. It seems like every single time I order from this location, whether it be Doordash or in person, they love to forget 1 if not all of your requested sauces. I ordered 3 sauces tonight. One I paid extra for. None of them came with my order. They also love to skimp on how many fries you get here. I've noticed this is a problem with all Zaxbys over the last few years though not just this location. They've exercised shrinkflation for sure. I ordered the "large" fry and it didn't even fill up half the tray. Just embarrassing man 10 years ago a regular order would have been way more (and I don't even recall "large" existing then). I counted that I probably had 15 fries in all, even with the upcharge (many of these fries were small and not the large crinkle cuts you expect of Zaxbys). Just disappointing. The whole reason I ordered from here is because their ranch pairs so well with their teriyaki wings and the zax sauce really makes those chicken tenders. Instead I got a mid meal. Should have ordered from somewhere else and listened to my better judgement. I'm done with these guys. Buyer beware order from somewhere else if you actually want what you're paying for. Or order from here if you're a big fan of dry chicken tenders with nothing to complement them.

Terrible! No sauce even though I specified ranch sauce! They gave me the tiniest 3 chicken tenders ever and the whole order was messy as soon as I opened it my wings were literally thrown in there so the sauce got all over the fries & my toast not to mention they gave me a tiny portion of fries and heck for almost $18 I expected more very disappointing! I would not recommend them to anyone and they lost a customer in me!
