I was a little upset to see that the commercial shows 4 pieces of the big chicken quesadilla, and only 3 were there. my fries were burnt. I requested extra cherries for my milkshake only got one. I didn't receive the sauce I requested.

I always love Zaxbys food, but this location is not up to par. they always seem to have way too many people working in the back kitchen but nobody's actually doing any work. the fact that I ordered three meals and none of them had a drink is absolutely unacceptable.

The nibblerz sandwiches were great as always. So were the cookies. My only issue is their fires no matter how many time I request regular or extra seasoning. I always get fries with little to no seasoning. They are very bland!
