The eggroll was over cooked or refried a few times tasted it tasted burned. The Chicken was old and/or over cooked. The amount of chicken barely equaled to one tender. The only reason this Zalad got 2 stars was because the lettuce was fresh and I actually had enough dressing

Fries were burnt & not fresh . And my sandwhich didnt have any sauce on it when i requested nuclear sauce. I called them and unfortunately I was stuck with the food due to it being doordashed but they did requested a refund as another option .

I get tired of paying for extra sauce to not get it! Also, the Crinkle Fries - Large arent exactly large. I love zaxbys but have been disappointed the last couple of times.

Very small portions sizes for the cost. Did no provide sauces ordered with the Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce and Fried White Cheddar Bites.
