Drive was awesome - I put in wrong street address but right street number accidentally sending him a few streets away. Appreciated his call and willingness to get my lunch to me. The salad was SUCH a disappointment. I was afraid to even eat the tomatoes -- they were so hot and mushy. The lettuce was brown. Barely ANY CHICKEN on the salad. A cob salad is my go to b/c it is usually loaded down with veggies and protein. The salad was 90% wilted lettuce.

The Fried Pickles were actually Crispy and thats a PLUS. The tenders were fresh and juicy but the fries were soggy and barely done.

Food was not hot at all and fries were soggy (all the fries on the en meal) peach tea was too sweet, chicken was not covered with bbq sauce on on order (it was just poured on the top) other than that gave the corr amou of sauces. Made sure we had straws, napkins and utensils.

I called into add Fri seasoning because doordash doesn't allow Xtra seasoning but zacby app does. (wish they were the same options) the crew member added to my bag! and I was able to contact the delivery driver and he made sure they did. a few extra steps however I received the extra seasoning!!!! normally when I ask I don't get what I requested so I'm super happy this time. bbq seasoning is not to my liking it has a strange ginger after taste. and teriyaki had a burnt after taste... wish they would use Zac sauce to toss them in... Chicken Finger Plate - Sauced 4 Fingers softens the thick breading when sauced just not sure on flavors... tried 2 and not impressed-teeth falling out I'm n bad health so I need them softer don't wanna hurt remaining teeth.

I love zaxbys but everytime I have ordered from this location for delivery I receive the wrong order. For example I just paid $13 for a Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and only received a small fry.
