Followed instructions! Never had such great service from a Zaxby's! Definitely my favorite restaurant and they went above all expectations!

Well over half the Traditional Wings - 20 were baby size and not very meaty They were like chicken jerky. the few wings that were there normal size were cooked as I would expect. For the price they charge now I would expect better. the other items Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz and Basket of Texas Toast were fine, but they were half the price of the wings

Obviously they didn't read the ticket• missing drink and sauces. Basket of fries same quantity as the large even though it was more money. The food was placed inside of paper bag inside of a tied plastic bag. Paper bag was dripping wet. It was a disgusting mess.

Southern Fried Shrimp Meal was good but kind of a sad amount of shrimp. Also this store never includes napkins or a straw for drinks. Kind of annoying.

This is the second time ive ordered the fried white cheddar bites and have had them overdone, some burned, hard as a rock and with no cheese inside of them. It's almost like the cheese all melted out. I didn't complain the first time but now that its happened twice im upset. They were my favorite menu item and now I'll probably never order them again. So disappointed!
