The salad looked really good. That's the only good thing I can say. For $6, you would expect more Fried White Cheddar Bites than was in the box. For the Boneless Wings - 10, it was pitiful. They were small and burnt. For the price paid, I could have eaten at a nice restaurant.

Absolutely atrocious, I ordered sauce and got none which usually happens but this time they didn't even include the sauce that comes with my meal.. the fries were white and unseasoned and undercooked, my wings and things meal came with 2 regular fingers and 5 boneless wings which is not the amount supposed to be in it at all. I am on vacation and ordered and won't again when I come back next year because it was $38 for food I barely even ate. Not to mention my loaded fries had no ranch at all and no bacon it was just a ton of gross undercooked and unseasoned tasteless fries and some chicken thrown in the corner. Not happy at all by this Zaxby's service it's poor and disgusting.

The Funnel Cake with Caramel Sauce was terrible. It was very small, it had hardly any powdered sugar on it and it tasted like greasy rubber. The caramel sauce was prepackaged.
The Big Zax Snak® Meal  also left quite a bit to be desired. Instead of three full tenders I got two full-size tenders and two broken pieces of chicken. All of the chicken was dry except for one piece that was nice and juicy. The fries were undercooked and only a few of them had the seasoning on them. I also wanted to mention that in my bag there or ketchup packets, which I did not ask for, but that's fine, except a majority of them were busted or broken making everything else in the bag a complete mess.

Ordered my usual Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz, chicken I got looked like it was left over since lunch, wasn't fresh. Fries were supposed to be dbl fries, more like single. The tray they used was a smaller white Styrofoam, unlike the Zaxby's black ones they normally use, and this white one was smaller than the normal.... the fries were good, sauce is pretty much standard so... Also got the 2 Nibblerz® they weren't bad, would get again, even better when I dipped them into the remaining sauce.... Least they got the large sweet tea right.... And of course, they remembered the sauces.... I am an over the road truck driver so I can't just go to the store to get stuff fixed....
