• DoorDash orderWhat a huge disappointment. The Cheese Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries did not have enough ranch to cover the fries & chicken. The Chicken Fingerz™ - 5 were no wider than 2 human fingers & hard as a rock. No sauce of any kind was included. With so many chicken restaurants to choose from I'm surprised Zaxbys doesn't bring more to the table.

• DoorDash orderI don't know who was working but it must not have been the regular people the chicken tenders turned out very small and the toast wasn't even toast it was just a regular piece of bread not crispy at all. My drink busted because the ice punctured the side of the cup, and the fries also have no crisp. I'm saddened because it was great when I ordered a few months ago now not so much. Even my fried pickles weren't crispy.
