The food at Zaxbys in Commerce is super. Salads are fresh and delicious. The fri are the best. Emplo are so nice.

tacos were great and fresh.
fried cheesecake bites fresh and tasted great.French fries were cold and not seasoned.chicken strip box was good but fries were cold and they did not sauce them as ordered.

Fried Asian Zensation Zalad with Egg Rolls and Sweet Tea are my favorites during the season and my Dasher did not miss in providing those items in the delivery. The delivery was quick and the food received was hot, fresh and delicious.

Well when our order first came we had a problem. We ordered two wings and things with extra fries but the problem is we got zero fries with our orders. So we called and the Manager was so amazing. We placed a new order through door dash for a kickin chicken sandwich and the manager added in extras to make up for the extra cost. See we had to use door dash due to my car being broken down at the moment. I don't think this was a zaxbys problem but a door dash tech issue but the manager went above and beyond to fix the problem and we are very satisfied. We have never had an issue with Zaxbys and we love our Commerce Store. The manager deserves a raise for the way she handled the problem. She was under no obligation to do what she did and that's why we love the Commerce store. They are always on top of their game she acknowledged the problem and I did not mind spending a few extra bucks on a little something extra =)
