I ordered from zaxbys 4 times, and all four times, my food was impeccable I ordered a potato and 2 baconator combos I got two old cold fries 1 undercooked burger and an old rubbery potato that had to be thrown away. No utensils napkins or condiments for 28.00 very disappointing too close to wendys to receive cold food. Zaxbys quick accurate hot and delicious truly a 5 star experience for me. thanks. you set the bar very high.

I ordered the fried pickles ($6.99) and got a total of 6 in the box. Boneless chicken wings were tough, as if they had been sitting out for a while... The fries were mush with no seasoning... I have 5 hours left of my 13 hour shift - and I cannot leave to get anything else to eat...

i'm very disappointed and embarrassed for zaxbys i ordered a large fry with extra seasoning and got less the average and almost no seasoning the cheese bites are cold and burnt they need to check there food before handling it out

Chicken was cold, as if had been sitting for a while. Fries were mush and had no seasoning. The fried pickles I got, for $6.99, only came with 6 in the box...... Don't recommend....
