The food was hot and fresh! I enjoyed my fried cheddar Fried White Cheddar Bites and my 5 Chicken Finger Plate - 5 Fingerz. I also had plenty of Zax Sauce!

Dasher was EXCELLENT! Restaurant forgot to pack the extra Extra Sauce we paid for. Food was hot and fresh. very tasty. We don't have a Zaxby's near where we live so this was a special treat.

Very excited to finally have a Zaxby's. The food has been great and the peach tea is quite refreshing! The toast often lacks butter so customers may need to request extra butter or add butter to the toast.

It hurts me to do this because I really like your food and you are a five star restaurant, but I'm giving you all one star this time. The food was properly sealed and protected, but the drink was exposed. I can't speak for anyone else, but whenever you all see my name-Shirley G., PLEASE properly seal my food and drink. I threw my drink away because it was not sealed and I did not feel comfortable drinking it. Church's Chicken always seals their food and drink and I encourage you all to do the same. I'm telling you all this privately to give you all a chance to correct this error the next time I order.
