The food is always as expected! We love Zaxby's and I crave the cheesecake bites regularly. Sometimes they forget to add the extra sauces. Also I usually order no ice for my boyfriends drink because he gets home from work much later than me and they always put ice. I have to strain it out so the soda doesn't get watery. If they would make sure to read the order thoroughly it would be 5 stars.

We love Zaxbys but it seems to be an ongoing problem getting the coleslaw and fries with the Chicken Finger plate. Once again we did not get the slaw and the fries were very few and skimpy. The chicken and toast were great as usual though. And their tea is very good as well.

Great food, but lately they continually ignorevsauce choice and just dump a handful of zax sauce in the bag. Not bad enough to go to 4 stars but, getting worse.. but food is ALWAYS hot and fresh!
