they forgot the extra fry but had our extra sauce and seasoning. delicious food as always, it was still warm when it arrived (so warm actually that it melted the two boxes together). Chicken Fingerz™ - 10 were crispy and Crinkle Fries - Regular were well seasoned

I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or just overcooked the chicken, but it was extremely tough and dry. Ended up giving the chicken to my dog and just eating the fries and toast. First time having an unpleasant meal from zaxbys.

Ordered extra sauces, only received the 2 that comes with the order. Getting bad with how frequently your staff forgets to read the order.

I paid for the 27 minute priority and it still took about an hour to get my food. But I still got it. Foods still good as always.
