Very regular customer, ordering almost every evening for dinner. They made a mistake on my order. I called the store and they told me they were too busy to speak me and blamed their mistake on DoorDash. I drove to the store (no customers inside) asking for my order to be fixed and they told me that they cannot do it because they would be loosing money and that I would have to buy another plate. They lost a very regular customer. Customer service 0/10.
