Food is great, as always. However, for a family size meal the sides need to be much bigger! The salad and other sides are barely enough for 2 people (which makes no sense when you order a 16 piece chicken meal!).

Thank YOU for the AMAZiNG TASTY Warm Fresh Food Perfectly cooked/prepared! Only reason not Perfect score this time is the Large Broc we ordered was equiv to a small & the side salad was also a bit skimpy in portion compared to previous visits/orders, but what was received was Delivious!! ;-)

the burrito was actally like not filled all... I have ordered this like 100 times and its never been that empty. Spent 18$ on two flour torillas lol what a joke

Chicken was dry ordered the double chicken tostada salad and basically got one scoop not good portions.

I had ordered a large drink in the app but it showed up as Dallas and the coca was flat. The chips in the bag weren't cooked all the way:( I love pollo loco but today was a sad disappointment. Only good things were the churros
