Title: A Culinary Gem in Brentwood!
I recently dined at Chelsea Fusion Restaurant, and I can confidently say it deserves every one of its five stars! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming owners, whose passion for food and hospitality truly shines through.
The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the
Hamachi sashimi and Uni. Each piece was incredibly fresh, artfully presented, and bursting with flavor. The quality of the fish was beyond compare, making every bite a delightful experience. You can tell that the chefs take great pride in their craft, and it certainly pays off!
The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a casual dinner or a special occasion. If you're in Brentwood, do yourself a favor and visit Chelsea Fusion Restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

Don't recommend!
Yuck. This food was rather horrible. The 4. Patty roll was good, fast and delicious and was the HAMACHI SASHIMI was so-so- - mushy, not super fresh. The SABA SASHIMI was old and smelled bad. The "spicy" Spicy Edamame was gross -- sautéed in oil with some semi-burnt onions. It looked, smelled and tasted nasty - very oily. I spent a while trying to rinse them off, and then I re-boiled them. But the burnt-onion oil was still on them and they still tasted o. Now let's talk Gyoza (6). Very frail, tiny dollop of meat. The dipping sauce was similar to whatever was used on the edamame -- oily and flavorless. it was so bad that I spit it out and threw the rest away.
Finally, the soy sauce they included. One of the top ingredients was MSG.
To top it off, all of this cost nearly $100. Won't be eating THERE again!ý

The Tuna Or Sake Avocado (salmon) was fresh, clean & beautifully tasting. Wasn't too crazy about the Yakitori (2), bit dry even with all the sauce. The Hamachi Belly was perfect! The Edamame rounded everything off well.

The Hip Hop role was really small and expensive. Fish didnt seem all that fresh and it said it had a garlic sauce and I did not taste that at all. Jalepeno poppers were also pricey for what you get which is 2 jalepenos cut in half with a tiny bit of filling.
I used to love food from here but in the past month or so the quality has gone down drastically. Last week my order was covered in flies - even in the food containers meaning they got closed into the container at the restaurant. Not sure what happened but I used to love their food but the last few orders are making me wonder if they are under new management or something.

Yuck. Pretty horrible, although the 4. Patty roll was decent. The HAMACHI SASHIMI was so-so- - mushy, not super fresh. It continues downhill from there. The SABA SASHIMI was old and smelled fishy in a bad way. The "spicy" Edamame was gross -- sautéed in oil with some semi-burnt onions. It looked, smelled and tasted nasty - very oily. I am really surprised by the many good reviews, although I noticed they were all from many months/years ago. If, as one diner mentioned, this is "the best sushi in Contra Costa county," I don't even k it what to say -- other than "Don't eat sushi in CCC!"
