3 times i have ordered from them and paid for express delivery.
3 times they did not finish making the sandwiches before the express delivery was up. 3 times it took over an hour the get my order. 3 times the delivery person just dropped off the food by the door and didn't bother to ring. this last time it took an hour and 40 minutes to get my order and I watched the delivery person on my security cameras just park quickly and actually drop the food by my door.
I tip 20% so that can't be an issue.
the good is always cold despite two sandwiches were meant to be served hot.
the Italian was so soggy by the time we got the food you have to actually peel the paper off the sandwich.
This firehouse sub ship is less than 10 minutes from my house. 15 during rush hour.
the good is over priced and the service is worst than subpar. I have no idea what the drivers issues are. we are close by and to l tip well.
2 reasons I have kept giving them a chance. 1st they are the closest sandwich shop that serves pastrami and 2nd, they supposedly support the fire department.
I kept hoping they would redeem themselves, especially as much as they charge, but they have repeatedly let me down.
I will not buy from them again and I plan to make sure express I know, knows about my experience with with this place

the spicy Spicy Cajun Chicken was not good. quality of meat was bottom tier and lettuce was the stalk, jalapeno slices were end pieces witblh the stem. this is lowest quality fast food.
