If I could give this order negative stars I would! There is no boba in the Iced Coffee w/ Boba , just a gross flavor syrup maybe.... no pearls! Would not order again! Also the fries werent even half full! I dont understand the miserable fail on two items that should have been rather simple

They were out of the Spicy Chicken Sauced & Loaded Sando I ordered which costs $10, I asked for a burger of equal value as a replacement and they gave me a $2 kids cheeseburger. I am ecstatic after eating this incredible $2 cheeseburger, Thanks Jack in The Box!!
This was DEFINITELY worth my money!

They switched out my root beer with coke? Did not want coke! They should have just adjusted the price on my order because the coke went down the sink! :(
